her voice is sooooooooooo cool !! (even word "cool" didnt enough to describe it) and yet, she has a beautiful face too !
im totally shocked when i saw her singing on the stage and suddenly tears run down her face , cuz its a rare thing to see a singer put so much feeling when they're singing
